Instructions
1-Preheat a 5-quart air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
2-Cut the chicken into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and place in a medium bowl.
3-Add the olive oil and stir to coat the chicken pieces evenly.
4-Add the Cajun seasoning, granulated sugar, kosher salt, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, poultry seasoning, dried thyme, and dried parsley flakes. Stir to coat the chicken with the spices.
5-Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil nonstick spray.
6-Place the chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
7-Cook for 7 to 11 minutes, shaking or turning the chicken every few minutes to promote even cooking.
8-Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit before serving.
9-Serve immediately.
