– 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1-In a medium bowl, combine the 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon corn starch, and 1 teaspoon salt; set aside.

2-In a separate bowl, cream together the 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

3-Beat in the 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.

4-Gradually stir in the dry flour mixture until just combined.

5-Fold in the 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips to the dough.

6-Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.

7-Prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper or cooking spray.

8-Scoop the dough onto the prepared sheets using a cookie scoop.

9-Bake for 9 to 10 minutes, or until the cookies turn light golden brown on top.

10-Allow the cookies to cool completely on the sheets.
