Instructions
1-First, preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
2-In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: 95 g plain flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and ΒΌ teaspoon salt until well combined.
3-In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients: melt 56 g butter, add 2 room temperature eggs, 100 g caster sugar, 90 g Demerara sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
4-Gradually combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently to form a smooth batter, then fold in 85 g dark chocolate chips and 225 g chopped dark chocolate.
5-Pour the batter into the prepared tray, smoothing it out evenly with a spatula for uniform baking.
6-Bake for 15-18 minutes; check with a toothpick it should come out slightly moist for that chewy texture. Let cool before cutting.
