– 1 1/2 oz bubblegum-infused vodka

Instructions
1-Rim the Collins glass with sugar by running a lemon wedge around the rim and dipping it into sugar, if desired.
2-Combine 1 1/2 oz bubblegum-infused vodka, 1/2 oz blue curaΓ§ao, 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 1/4 oz elderflower liqueur, and a dash of orange bitters in a cocktail shaker.
3-Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
4-Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
5-Top with a splash of club soda.
6-Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
7-Garnish with a lemon twist and a small piece of bubblegum skewered on a cocktail pick.
