Instructions

1-How to Prepare the Perfect Cabbage Rolls: Ready to make your own cabbage rolls? Start by boiling the cabbage leaves for about 2 minutes until they soften, then let them cool this step makes them easy to handle. Next, preheat your oven to 350Β°F and cook the rice according to the package, but cut the time by 5 minutes so it’s slightly underdone; set it aside for later.

2-How to Prepare the Perfect Cabbage Rolls: In a pan, cook the pork (or turkey), beef, onions, garlic, and seasonings until no pink remains, then drain any fat to keep things light.
