Next, preheat your oven to 350Β°F and cook the rice according to the package, but cut the time by 5 minutes so itβs slightly underdone; set it aside for later.
2-How to Prepare the Perfect Cabbage Rolls: In a pan, cook the pork (or turkey), beef, onions, garlic, and seasonings until no pink remains, then drain any fat to keep things light. Mix the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, β cup of tomato sauce, and the egg into the meat mixture until everything blends well. In another bowl, combine the remaining tomato sauce and the tomato soup, then spread a thin layer of this sauce in a 9Γ13 inch baking pan.
