– 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese for flavor and melt

– 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese for flavor and melt

Instructions

1-In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy, showing the yeast is working.

2-Add sugar, olive oil, salt, vinegar, and flour to the mixture. Stir well to form a soft dough that holds together.

3-Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic, which helps develop the texture.

4-Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot for about an hour until it doubles in size.

5-Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and roll out the dough on a baking sheet into a rectangle.

6-Mix minced garlic with melted butter and brush it over the dough for that flavorful base.

7-Sprinkle grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella evenly on top for a cheesy finish.

8-Bake for 12-15 minutes until it’s golden and the cheese bubbles. Let it cool a bit, then slice into sticks and serve warm.
