Instructions

1-Line an 8Γ—8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper to make removal easy later.

2-Combine the 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 6 tablespoons melted butter; mix thoroughly and press into the dish to form the crust.

3-Using a mixer, blend the 16 ounces softened cream cheese and Β½ cup granulated white sugar until light and fluffy.

4-In a separate bowl, whip the Β½ cup heavy cream, starting on low speed and increasing to high until stiff peaks form.

5-Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and combined, then spread evenly over the crust.

6-Spoon the 1 can cherry pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer and smooth the top.

7-Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until set.

8-Remove from the refrigerator, cut into squares, and serve.
