Instructions

1-Getting started: Begin by prepping your ingredients to make the process smooth. Cut the 1 lb chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make them thinner, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for that initial flavor boost.

2-Next: heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt the 3 tbsp butter. Add the 3 tbsp flour and stir continuously until it thickens, which takes a few minutes. This step creates a solid base for your gravy.

3-Pour in the 2 cups chicken broth and mix in the seasonings: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp onion powder, and 1 tsp garlic powder.
