πŸ§€ Packed with shredded chicken and cheeses, these bites are easy to make and perfect for sharing at any gathering.

  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: Approximately 20 to 24 balls 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups shredded chicken

2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

8 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1 tablespoon ranch dressing seasoning

3 eggs

1/2 cup flour

2 cups Panko bread crumbs

Canola oil for frying

Instructions

1-First, combine the shredded chicken, shredded pepper jack cheese, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing seasoning in a mixer. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

2-Shape the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with freezer paper. Freeze for 30 minutes to help them firm up and hold their shape.

3-Set up three plates: one with 1/2 cup flour, one with 3 beaten eggs, and one with 2 cups Panko bread crumbs.

4-Heat enough canola oil in a pan on medium-high heat to fully submerge the balls.

5-Remove the balls from the freezer and coat each one sequentially in flour, then egg, and finally Panko bread crumbs for a crispy coating.

6-Fry 5 to 6 balls at a time for 2 to 3 minutes until they turn golden brown. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

7-Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for the best flavor.
