Instructions
1-Preheat the oven to 400Β°F and prepare the baking sheet as described.
2-Mix the oil and seasonings into a paste.
3-Apply the paste evenly to the drumsticks.
4-Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes, checking the internal temperature reaches at least 165Β°F (74Β°C).
5-After 30 minutes, watch for over-browning and cover loosely with foil if needed.
6-Once done, baste with pan juices and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
