πŸ₯¨ This easy-to-make treat is perfect for satisfying dessert cravings with a delightful texture contrast and bold flavors.

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 15 bars

Ingredients

– 28 whole graham cracker sheets forms the base crust

– 12 tablespoons melted butter helps bind the crust and adds moisture

– 3 tablespoons sugar sweetens the crust mixture

– A pinch of salt enhances flavors and balances sweetness

– 2 cans (14 ounces each) sweetened condensed milk creates a creamy, gooey layer

– 2 bags (10 ounces each) bittersweet chocolate chips provides rich chocolate flavor

– 1.5 cups mini pretzels adds the perfect salty crunch on top

– 1 cup caramels cut into quarters or caramel bits delivers chewy sweetness

Instructions

1- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9 by 13-inch pan to get things started smoothly.

2- Process the 28 whole graham cracker sheets into fine crumbs using a food processor for an even base.

3- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with 12 tablespoons melted butter, 3 tablespoons sugar, and a pinch of salt, then press this mixture evenly into the prepared pan using the flat bottom of a glass.

4- Bake the crust for 10 minutes or until it’s golden and set, giving it a firm foundation for the rest.

5- Meanwhile, melt the 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk and 2 bags of bittersweet chocolate chips together over low heat until smooth, blending in that coffee essence if you want to amp up the flavor.

6- Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked crust in an even layer, then scatter 1.5 cups mini pretzels and 1 cup caramels cut into quarters or caramel bits on top, gently pressing them in.

7- Bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until everything sets nicely, and let the bars cool before cutting.
