6 oz (170g) high quality dark chocolate, broken into small pieces

โ…“ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

โ…“ cup roasted unsalted hazelnuts

pinch of pink Himalayan salt (optional)

Instructions

1-Place hazelnuts in a sealed bag, remove air, and crush using a rolling pin.

2-Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring regularly until just melted.

3-Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

4-Spread the melted chocolate into a thin layer on the parchment, ensuring it is not transparent.

5-Sprinkle shredded coconut and crushed hazelnuts evenly over the chocolate.

6-Optionally, add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt on top.

7-Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 10 minutes to harden the chocolate.

8-Once hardened, remove the bark from the parchment and break into random pieces.

9-Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer. Can be stored at room temperature if kept cool, but may soften or melt otherwise.
