Ingredients

– 1 quart vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Instructions
1-Heat treat the flour by spreading it on a baking sheet and baking at 350ยฐF for 7 to 8 minutes until it reaches 165ยฐF, then let it cool completely.
2-Line the pans with parchment paper to keep everything neat.
3-Remove one pan from the freezer and spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cookie dough.
4-Invert the second dough slab onto the ice cream layer and press gently to seal it all together.
5-Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 3 hours to set.
6-Slice into pieces using a hot knife for clean cuts, then serve right away.
