Instructions

1-First, place the cubed chicken in a large bowl and season it with salt and pepper, then add flour and toss until evenly coated. This step helps create that desirable crispy exterior.

2-Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken in a single layer for even cooking.

3-Cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until it’s fully cooked through, then stir in the minced garlic for an extra minute to release its aroma.

4-In a small bowl, whisk together honey, water, and soy sauce, then pour this mixture over the chicken and stir to coat everything nicely.

5-Bring the sauce to a boil and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until it’s thick and bubbling; if you want it thicker, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water and stir it in.

6-Serve over rice with veggies and garnishes like green onions or sesame seeds.
