Instructions

1-First, gather and prep in 5 10 minutes. Lay out 8 slices of thick-cut artisan bread, measure cheeses such as 12 oz Gruyère and 6 oz white cheddar, soften 3 tbsp butter, and dice 2 yellow onions. For this recipe, make sure your cheeses are at room temperature for even melting. Preheating your skillet helps achieve that perfect browning we all love in grilled cheese sandwiches.
