Instructions
1-Place eggs in a single layer in a pot.

4-Once boiling, immediately turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes (10 minutes for a firmer yolk, 12 minutes for a softer yolk).
5-Transfer eggs immediately to an ice bath for at least 14 minutes to stop cooking and facilitate peeling.
6-Peel carefully by tapping the shell gently and removing pieces along the fractures.
