– 1 tube of refrigerated pizza crust
– 6 tablespoons of pasta sauce
– 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
– Approximately 12 pepperoni slices
– A sprinkle of oregano leaves (optional)
– A small amount of oil for brushing (optional)
Instructions
1-Preheat the oven to 425ยฐF.
2-Roll out the pizza crust on parchment paper or a floured surface.
3-Cut the crust into 6 equal squares.
4-Spread about 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce on half of each square.
5-Add some mozzarella cheese and around 2 pepperoni slices per square.
6-Fold each square over to form triangular pockets and seal the edges with a fork.
7-Optionally, brush the tops with oil, sprinkle oregano leaves, and add extra mozzarella cheese.
8-Bake for 10-13 minutes until golden brown.
9-Serve warm with pasta sauce for dipping.
