– 12 mozzarella string cheese sticks, cut in half

– ยฝ cup (62.5 g) all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon kosher salt

– ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder

– 4 large eggs, room temperature

– Parsley, chopped, for garnish

– Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping

Instructions

1-Crush snacks into crumbs. Use a food processor for even texture.

2-Prepare three bowls: flour with salt and garlic powder, whisked eggs, and crumbs. Keep bowls close for smooth dipping.

3-Dip sticks in flour, eggs, then crumbs, and repeat for full coating. Press crumbs gently for better adhesion.

4-Freeze for 30-60 minutes. This prevents cheese from oozing out.
