Ingredients

– Β½ cup brown sugar

– 1 cup oat milk

Instructions

1-In a small pot, combine Β½ cup brown sugar and ΒΌ cup water over low heat. Cook and stir until the brown sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens, then set it aside to cool.

2-In a glass, whisk 1 Β½ to 2 teaspoons matcha powder with 1 cup oat milk until fully combined and smooth.

3-Drizzle the prepared brown sugar syrup along the sides of a serving glass. Add crushed ice, then pour in the matcha latte mixture.

4-Serve the drink chilled for the best refreshment.
