– 3/4 cup (75g) almond flour

– 1 tablespoon (15ml) light or dark corn syrup OR milk

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1/2 cup chocolate spread OR melted chocolate for optional filling/dipping

Instructions

1-Preheat oven and prepare baking sheets.

2-Cream butter and sugar together.

3-Add syrup or milk and vanilla extract.

4-Mix in almond flour and salt.

5-Drop small dollops on the sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.

6-Cool completely before storing or enjoying.
