120 ml mild tomato-based salsa

200 grams corn chips

240 grams black beans (drained and rinsed)

150 grams corn (drained)

80 grams sliced black olives (drained)

200 grams shredded Mexican cheese blend or cheddar cheese

1 Roma tomato (diced)

1 small red onion (diced)

1 jalapeรฑo (thinly sliced)

a handful of fresh cilantro

sour cream for serving (quantity as desired)

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2-Heat olive oil: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, then drain excess fat.

3-Stir in taco seasoning and salsa: Stir in taco seasoning and salsa with the beef until combined.

4-Arrange corn chips: Arrange corn chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

5-Spread beef mixture: Spread the beef mixture evenly over the chips, then add black beans, corn, and olives on top.

6-Sprinkle shredded cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese over all the toppings.

7-Bake: Bake for about 5-6 minutes until the cheese melts and ingredients are heated through.

8-Remove from the oven and top: Remove from the oven and top with diced tomato, red onion, jalapeรฑo slices, and cilantro. Serve hot with sour cream.
