1 small red onion (diced)
1 jalapeรฑo (thinly sliced)
a handful of fresh cilantro

Instructions
1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2-Heat olive oil: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, then drain excess fat.
3-Stir in taco seasoning and salsa: Stir in taco seasoning and salsa with the beef until combined.
4-Arrange corn chips: Arrange corn chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
5-Spread beef mixture: Spread the beef mixture evenly over the chips, then add black beans, corn, and olives on top.
6-Sprinkle shredded cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese over all the toppings.
7-Bake: Bake for about 5-6 minutes until the cheese melts and ingredients are heated through.
8-Remove from the oven and top: Remove from the oven and top with diced tomato, red onion, jalapeรฑo slices, and cilantro. Serve hot with sour cream.
