2 tablespoons butter melted

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder

Β½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Β½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley divided

Instructions

1-First: follow the directions from the recipe summary: Preheat the oven to 425Β°F and place the potatoes in a pot covered with water. Bring them to a boil and cook until fork-tender, about 15 minutes, then drain them carefully.
