– Β½ cup granulated sugar for the peach filling

– 1 tablespoon cornstarch for the peach filling

– ΒΌ teaspoon ground cinnamon for the peach filling

– 5 large peeled and diced peaches (about 4 to 5 cups) for the peach filling

– 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice for the peach filling

– 1 cup powdered sugar for the optional icing

– ΒΌ teaspoon almond or vanilla extract for the optional icing

– 1 tablespoon milk (adjust for consistency) for the optional icing

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to the correct temperature and prepare your pan.

2-Mix the dry ingredients for the crust.

3-Blend in butter and egg to form the crumble.

4-Press the crust into the pan.

5-Prepare and layer the peach filling.

6-Add the topping and bake until golden.

7-Cool completely before slicing, and optionally drizzle with icing.
