– 1 medium jalapeño, seeds and ribs removed, finely chopped

– 3 tablespoons lime juice (from about 1 ½ limes), or more if needed

– ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

1- Combine the pineapple, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, and jalapeño in a medium serving bowl.

2- Add the lime juice and salt, then stir to mix well.

3- Adjust the flavor by adding more lime juice or salt if needed.

4- Let the salsa rest for 10 minutes or longer before serving to enhance the flavor.

5- Store in the refrigerator; it keeps well for up to 4 days.
