225g cooked king prawns (defrosted and drained)

Β½ teaspoon cayenne pepper for serving

Instructions

1-Prepare ingredients: Prepare ingredients by rinsing and draining prawns, then shredding lettuce.

2-Combine sauce: Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl for even mixing.

3-Fold prawns: Gently fold prawns into the sauce without breaking them.

4-Layer lettuce: Layer lettuce on the platter as a base.

5-Add mixture and toppings: Add the prawn mixture and toppings, then garnish.

6-Serve: Serve right away or chill briefly; for a quicker version, use pre-made sauce and croutons.
