Ingredients
– 96 crackers (about 3 sleeves)
– Β½ lb thinly sliced deli ham
– β lb thinly sliced Swiss cheese
– 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– ΒΌ teaspoon salt
– 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
– 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
Instructions
1-Preheat oven to 350Β°F.
2-Place 24 crackers flat side down in the bottom of a 13Γ9 inch baking dish. Do the same in another 13Γ9 inch baking dish.
3-Tear the ham gently into tiny strips and place one lightly folded slice on each cracker.
4-Cut the cheese into 1-inch pieces and place one piece on top of the ham.
5-Top each with another cracker, rounded side up.
6-Melt the butter in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Whisk in Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.
7-Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sandwiches in both pans.
8-Sprinkle poppy seeds and dried onion flakes evenly on top.
9-Bake for 10 12 minutes or until the cheese melts and crackers become lightly golden brown.
10-Serve while warm.
