Ingredients

Instructions

1- Drain and rinse the 2 cans (14 oz each) white cannellini beans to remove any excess liquid.

2- Chop the 1-2 garlic cloves and add them to the food processor first.

3- Blend in the drained medium-sized jar of roasted red peppers with the beans until smooth.

4- Add the juice of 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary, then blend again.

5- Stir in the dash of crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper after transferring to a bowl.
