Instructions

1-Preheat your oven: preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190.5Β°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. This setup helps the meatloaf cook evenly and prevents any sticking issues.

2-Mix the meatloaf ingredients: grab a large bowl and add all the meatloaf ingredients: 2 lbs ground chuck, 1 cup diced yellow onion, 1/2 cup diced bell pepper, 3 tablespoons milk, a couple of dashes of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon steak sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 2 eggs (lightly beaten), and 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs. Use a spatula to combine them at first, then mix thoroughly with your hands for the best texture it’s a hands-on job that makes all the difference.
