πŸ“ Strawberry Popsicles are a refreshing frozen treat, made with fresh strawberries and simple ingredients for natural sweetness.
❄️ Perfect for small batches, these popsicles are easy to prepare and ideal for cooling off on warm days.

  • Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: About 6 popsicles

Ingredients

– 2 cups sliced strawberries for the main flavor and vibrant color

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar to add sweetness and prevent ice crystals

– 1/4 cup water to help blend everything smoothly

– 2 tablespoons lemon juice to balance the sweetness and brighten the taste

Instructions

1-First, grab your blender and combine the sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, water, and lemon juice. This mixture will blend into a smooth base that’s full of flavor. Once everything is in, blend it until it’s completely smooth think about 1-2 minutes depending on your blender.

2-Next, pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds or paper cups for a simple alternative. Don’t forget to insert wooden popsicle sticks right away so they set properly. Then, pop them into the freezer until solid; that’s roughly 4 hours, but overnight works best for that perfect texture.

3-Wash and prepare your strawberries by slicing them.

4-Blend with sugar, water, and lemon juice until smooth.

5-Pour into molds and insert sticks.

6-Freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

7-Remove carefully and enjoy right away.

Notes

🍬 Sugar helps prevent hard ice crystals; reducing it too much can cause popsicles to stick.
πŸ“ Substitute fresh strawberries with other fruits like blueberries or peaches for variety.
πŸ₯„ Use lukewarm water to safely loosen stuck popsicles without damage.
