Instructions
1-Prep the pan: Grease a 9×13-inch pan (or 9×9 for thicker treats). Line with parchment for easy lift-out.
2-Grind strawberries: Blend 1 ounce freeze-dried strawberries into fine powder. Set aside.
3-Melt butter: In a large pot over medium heat, melt 6 tablespoons salted butter.
4-Add marshmallows: Stir in 16 ounces mini marshmallows until fully melted and smooth.
5-Mix flavors: Off heat, stir in strawberry powder and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until combined.
6-Fold in cereal: Gently add 8 cups crispy rice cereal and remaining 2 cups mini marshmallows. Mix evenly.
7-Press into pan: Spread mixture evenly. Press gently with spatula.
8-Cool: Let sit 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
