1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes

1/3 cup grated Parmesan Creates creamy texture and savory taste

Β½ teaspoon dried basil

Β½ teaspoon dried oregano

ΒΌ teaspoon onion powder

A pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

1-Gather all ingredients and preheat your oven to 375Β°F.

2-Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and garlic; cook until wilted. Let cool slightly.

3-Combine the cooked spinach and garlic with sun-dried tomatoes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, oregano, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.

4-Pat chicken dry. Cut a pocket horizontally into each breast without cutting through.

5-Stuff each chicken breast pocket with the filling mixture (about just under Β½ cup per breast). Season outside with salt, pepper, and paprika.

6-Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

7-Transfer to the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165Β°F.

8-Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
